Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Watts Garages (South East) Ltd ("VIDRA", "we", "our") collects and uses your personal data when you use vidra.media and the Service. We are the data controller. Contact us about privacy at support@vidra.media.

• Account data: your name, email address, password (stored hashed), and account and workspace settings.
• Billing data: your Plan, transaction history, and payment details processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
• Content you provide: your text prompts and any images, audio or other files you upload, together with the Output generated for you.
• Usage data: your generations, Credits used, feature interactions and logs.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and cookies and similar technologies.

We use AI and model providers to process your prompts and uploads solely to generate your Output.

• To provide the Service — create your account, run generations and deliver your Output (lawful basis: performance of our contract with you).
• To take payment and prevent fraud — through Stripe (contract, legal obligation and our legitimate interests).
• To operate, secure, moderate and improve the Service — including analytics, debugging and abuse prevention (our legitimate interests).
• To communicate with you — service messages, and marketing where you have not opted out (consent and/or legitimate interests). You can opt out of marketing at any time.
• To comply with our legal obligations (legal obligation).

We share personal data with service providers who process it on our behalf: Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database and authentication), Google Cloud Platform (file storage and hosting), Lovable (website hosting and email delivery), and the AI providers we use to generate your content — OpenAI, Google (Gemini), Runway, Fal.ai, ElevenLabs and Mubert. We keep this list up to date as our providers change. We do not sell your personal data.

Some of our providers are located outside the UK and EEA, including in the United States. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

While your account is open, we keep your uploads and generated videos so that you can access them; we do not delete them automatically. When you close your account, all of your files — both the content you uploaded and the videos VIDRA generated for you — are deleted from our systems immediately. We retain certain records, such as billing and transaction records, for as long as the law requires (for example for tax and accounting purposes).

Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, contact support@vidra.media. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) or, in Spain and the EU, your local data protection authority (such as the Spanish AEPD).

We use essential cookies to run the Service. With your consent, we may also use analytics cookies, such as Google Analytics, to understand how the Service is used. You can manage your preferences through our cookie banner or your browser settings.

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your data and to notify you and the regulators of breaches where we are required to.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes, and the "Last updated" date above shows the current version.
